I want to thank Mr Nikos Booking.com office at Heraklion. He is the only person who listened to me and understood the problem I was facing with VCC cards and connected me to the right person who fixed it at once. Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing with all other persons customer service. All of them were very polite but completely irrelevant with what I was asking for. Thank you very much Mr Nikos!!!!
